I spend a lot of time alone in nature. During my travels abroad for a decade, in every place I visited, from Canada to Europe, there were ample opportunities to learn more about various health and healing methods and to observe human behavior. My passions include astrology, reading, music, deep and interesting conversations, good food, writing, feng shui, and dancing.

My Education and Training

Master of Arts degree in Communication from The University of Colorado Denver and one year of a Master of Science degree in School Counseling.

Reiki I, Reiki II, Reiki Masters, and Reiki Teachers courses and I have been practicing Reiki professionally since 2007.

Psychic Development. I have been giving clients readings professionally since 2006. These included psychic readings, past life readings, Akashic Records readings, and intuitive readings. Now, I give intuitive astrological chart readings.

In 2006, I graduated the Awakening Your Light Body meditation course as developed by Duane Packer & Sanaya Roman. I have been a trained Light Body Instructor since 2014 and took Light Body Meditation courses and seminars for 18 years until 2023.

Simply put, I sense things as energy. Growing up, I was able to feel people's emotions, energy fields, and sometimes their thoughts fairly easily. The search to understand myself led me to meditation courses, astrology, and healing modalities after completing my university degrees. Eventually, I began to learn how to turn my sensitivity into a gift that could help people on their own paths.

 I’ve found that there are at least two types of complexity within the dynamics of human interaction: The first: Ego-driven attempts to control outcomes using techniques like manipulation, aggression, and denial (all being understood in a general sense as drama). The second: Complexity in a mature sense uncovering layers to an individual's personality and revealing depth where he/she may not have realized any existed. I’ve always been insatiably drawn to the second because I believe that anytime we can shine awareness on our innermost selves, that’s when self-awareness and genuine human connection happen which allows growth and miracles to occur. It does require the courage to be vulnerable however, and to be open to change. I would be honored to help you on this path.
